2002 Symposium

The Fifth Annual National Human Services Training Evaluation Symposium addressed the spectrum of issues directly tied to training evaluation, including:

• Evaluation design issues,
  
• Selection and development of instrumentation,
  
• Data collection,
  
• Analysis, report writing,
  
• Dissemination,
  
• Use of evaluation findings.
• The purposes and uses of training evaluation in relation to desired agency outcomes, and
  
• Working with policy and program staff to plan useful evaluation.
