Assistance from CDSS

• For assistance from the CDSS analyst assigned to your county, see the Analyst Assignments table.
  
  
• For CDSS assistance during training sessions, the CDSS Operations Bureau may be available to answer trainees' questions by telephone call-in. When trainers do not know the answers to participants' queries, those questions can be "parking lotted" until the call-in session.
  
  Trainers who are interested in this option should call Greg Rose at 916-651-6160 or Ellie Jones at 916-651-8111.

Important Reminder: CDSS also needs trainers to forward these questions by e-mail to chldserv@dss.ca.gov in order to create and expand a FAQ Web site for the C-CFSR process.
