Project Goal:	To examine mental health service utilization by transition-age youth in the child welfare system; to assess the impact of mental health service utilization on child welfare placement and youth functional status; and to identify factors that impede or enhance collaboration between the child welfare and mental health systems prior to and during early implementation of Proposition 63.
