Common Core Curricula for Child Welfare Workers

Each practice area in the Common Core Curricula has a set of measurable learning objectives for knowledge, skills, and values essential to the provision of excellent service to families and children who participate in California’s county child welfare programs. The practice areas below are listed by version number (3.0 and 2.0).  
February 1, 2017, marks the implementation of Common Core 3.0. Between February 1 and December 31, 2017, version 2.0 will be phased out. Until then, the 2.0 curricula is available below and is grouped by level of standardization.
