Supporting Youth to Successful Transitions from Foster Care
The Supporting Youth to Successful Transitions from Foster Care curriculum was designed for use with social workers who will be working with teens in foster care and non-minor dependent youth.
The curriculum was prepared by Debbie Lowery of the Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice and was approved by the AB 12 Youth Engagement, Training and Informing Focus Area Team. The materials are available for use at no cost. The materials may be used in whole part or as individual modules. Sections of the materials may be used and modified for specific audiences, but any modifications of the factual information within the curriculum may result in provision of incorrect information to training participants.
If you have any questions about the materials, please contact Debbie Lowery at dklowery@ucdavis.edu.
