Title IV-E Stipend Program Makes a Difference in Training Evaluation

The specialized training that Title IV-E Stipend Program students receive appears to be making a positive impact.

A report by the Regional Training Academy Coordination Project that compared training evaluation of IV-E and non-IV-E trainees revealed that overall trainee knowledge from pretest to posttest increased at a statistically significant level. Additionally, CalSWEC Title IV-E MSW graduates scored significantly higher at pretest and posttest than trainees who had not participated in a Title IV-E program, regardless of educational level.
