Youth who transition from foster care to adulthood will likely face both challenging and rewarding experiences as they navigate a path to success. It is critical that they consider how these life changes impact their social, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Activities like exercise, sports, dance, arts and crafts, theater, poetry, singing, acting, participation at church or other faith-based institution, etc., will contribute to their overall health and wellness.
