In this webinar held on November 6 (and repeated on November 8), county leadership teams learned about a self-assessment tool and process to initiate local planning for implementation of the CPM.
Counties can gauge where they are in implementing CPM using the CPM Implementation Snapshot. Organized into four topic areas aligned with the Development Circles, this assessment and analysis tool focuses counties on key aspects of CPM readiness and capacity building.
The Snapshot concludes with a section for counties to score and analyze their assessment findings, then identify implementation priorities on which to focus planning efforts and request support from RTAs, faculty, and local resources to ensure success.
