Colleen Clark has joined the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Self-Evaluation Program as a research data analyst, effective October 17.
ETO, which builds capacity for the collection of “gap” data not tracked in the current SACWIS system, is hosted by the Regional Training Academy Project at CalSWEC.
In welcoming Ms. Clark, ETO Project Director Tara Lain said, “Colleen brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills as a trainer and as a social worker in a wide range of program areas that will be of great benefit to ETO. I am extremely pleased that she has joined our team.”
Ms. Clark will assist and support all aspects of ETO’s database development, maintenance, curricula development, and training, including gathering, analyzing and interpreting a wide variety of research data, which may include preparing questionnaires and developing data collection programs within ETO. She will also be working with various state and local child welfare practitioners to develop on-going data gap analysis.
Ms. Clark spent the last 3 1/2 years as an instructor and training specialist at the Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice. Her primary responsibilities included providing statewide training, technical assistance, and consultation to juvenile probation departments with CWS/CMS and child welfare agencies practicing Team Decision Making (TDM)
Additionally, Ms. Clark was a county child welfare social worker for 13 years. Her program experience included voluntary family maintenance, emergency response, court services, family reunification, foster home licensing, and emergency relative/NREFM placement services.
She also spent 8 months as a Program Analyst at the California Department of Social Services working on the CWS-New System project team
Ms. Clark is a Title IV-E M.S.W. graduate of the Division of Social Work at Sacramento State University.
