CalSWEC, in partnership with the NASW-CA Image Council, is pleased to announce that Vania Buck is the winner of the 2019-20 Infographic Contest.
Vania, an MSW student at Chico State, will receive a prize of $250 from NASW-CA Image Council.
In addition, considering the high caliber of the other infographic submissions, as well as the special circumstances of the challenges we are facing at this time, NASW-CA Image Council is awarding a bonus prize of an Amazon gift card to the other entrants.
CalSWEC's Title IV-E Retrospective Study was released Jan 2020. Using over 1,650 Title IV-E graduate responses, this survey analyzes differences in program participants' demographics, previous child welfare experience, employment obligation, and career trajectories (across fields, positions, years worked, and employment transitions).
The 2020 Title IV-E Summit has been postponed until April 22 and 23, 2021.
In response to limiting the spread of COVID-19, the 2020 Title IV-E Summit has been postponed until April 22-23, 2021. On behalf of CalSWEC and the 38 Title IV-E Students who worked tirelessly over the last year to plan this event, we share in the disappointment. That said, we look forward to coming back bigger and better in 2021.
